OK - all it took was a few kind words and Snat and I are getting it together at Waterford
subject to no better offers in the meantime, me winning a seat, booking flight etc etc

don't be so pedantic lol, at least not on here, save it for Wednesday nights at Luton when we can all laugh at Dingdell again.
Oi
You may laugh but it's in my game plan to distract you with my stupidness, while I play mediocre poker and still manage to win.
It is not your stupidness, or lack of it, which distracts us.......

Saturday night I stayed ovenight down South, so I could be at High Wycombe bright & early on Sunday for Poker Week.
High Wycombe is pants.
We finished filming early, despite some 40 takes of the same piece, due to serious problems with where we were recording. It's hard to look & sound fresh & enthusiastic when you have said the same thing 40 times, but the Crew & Michelle Orpe (no Compo this week) stuck at it, & we got there eventually.
Finished at around, 5pm, to my surprise, I was free to go home, & so the notion of playing some poker arose. The Vic, for the £1k Omaha was do-able, but in the end, I decided to go to Luton.
I drove in a straight line (such as roads permit) from High Wycombe to Luton, so if anyone knows the geography in that part of the world, you can imagine the route.
And to my astionishment, I passed a London Underground Station. Think about that! Anyone (McShane excepted...) name it?
