Thanks for all the replies, I will deal with them tomorrow.

I'm at Jury's, Heathrow, & due at The Empire, in Leicester Square at 2pm, to meet Compo & the Crew for In-Poker.

Better than that, I'm gonna take the Heathrow Express. Don't worry, I'll take the camera with me.

Heathrow Express is not owned by the Railways, by the way - BAA own it, though it shares track with the GWR for most of the route. The route is controlled by Slough Signalling Centre.

I've taken the Heathrow Express lots of times from Paddington. Thrilling it is. You get on, sit down, then get off at the other end. Life doesn't get much better.

Not really sure how to say this but i picked up this diary thread about a month ago now.
Liked the idea of a nice vegas story, Started reading and enjoyed it, got myself all the way to page 30 before i looked at how big the thing was. I decided to continue onwards and ive finally made it to page 275 and rather enjoyed myself.

Trouble is i think im going to end up with a head full of grey hair if i continue much more so it looks like i may skip to the end now while i have some life left in me. Guess the thing is that when you read things so much in the past it can be quite hard as you have rather lost the chance to reply or comment on it.

Been good to learn a little bit about you and the rest of the people that post on here.
Like a good chat about a brick and a crane.
Not too good on the golf, driving range for me and a putter seems to serve me best there.

Good read, keep it up

Think ill go back to the start of the month and follow on from there.

Matt.

My life just wouldn't be the same without the knowledge TK shares on page 789...It was like I had an epiphany, it just all came together....you have to read it!

Please tell me I'm not the only one sad enough to scroll back to check if this was true, only to find it wasn't.
