Teams that do well will use the transfer system alot. You get 1 free per week and I think its 4 points per transfer above the free one.
Picking players on form seems obvious but its true, getting a player into your team at a cost of 4 points can be made up in one game, Tevez was dead money till he hit form at the end of the season, Pompeys & Man Citys defence went on some really good runs of not conceding.

You can chop and change right til the last minute He's spot on there. Enter any old team now, join the league, then you can transfer out all your players before the start of the season with no penalties. That's what I'm doing. |
