Midlands Masters at Walsall

I recently printed off a flyer from the Grosvenor site about the Masters festival at Walsall in Nov.  On this flyer were details of satellites for the Main event.  Just had a look on the Grosvenor site again and this info has been removed.

Can anyone confirm if they will be having sats to the big events at the festival as i would like to have a bash at some of these?

·   Mon – Tue = £100+10 PL Hold Em rebuy

·   Tue – Wed = £300+25 NL Hold Em freezout

·   Wed – Thu = £500+25 NL Hold Em freezout

·   Thu – Fri = £700+25 NL Hold Em freezout

hum i kinda like the schedules

never knew they listed the schedules on gosvenor

this looks good for next couple of months

havent decided on blackpool yet might play the tuesday or the friday comp
leaning heavly to the friday


also the tuesday and wednessday comps look good at walsall might have to make it 3 nights stay

and luton looks good with the freezeout only formula might get a NLHE and a PLO fitted in 2 days but
that will depend on the riverboat getting its finger out and coming out with some dates

only problem is they havent got a form on site that i can print off and fill in and return with a cheque

They originally posted a number of sats to the 1500 and 750 NLHE events but it looks like they must have changed their minds.  I see Blue sq are running qualifiers tho'

I expect they're just going to alter the dates rather than get rid of the sats.

I thought they were a European site. It's full of Americans.

Anyhows, I couldn't see any Midlands Classics Satellites.

Just missed the one on the 14th.


They don't seem to have the one on the 21st scheduled in though on their tournament section.

As i understand it, you win a 'grovesnor package' which u can use at any grovesnor event.
