It simply has to be Chocolate factory, just think about how much is sold on a daily, let alone yearly basis With the proceeds from that you could buy just about any of the others that you wanted. You would also be making thousands of women very happy, how many men can say that?!

Ideally, if nothing all would work out well, Id go for the Premiership team but as Mex said, they are bad business and Chairmen and Directors are always in bad favour with fans so I think I'd opt out.  I'd also like a Van Gough, well who wouldn't but unless you sell it, it's not much good so then you wouldn't own it (assuming you mean own and keep rather than own and sell)

I voted for the Gold Cup or Derby Winner. I do like the horses, they're just so majestic.  If I could narrow it further, I'd like the Gold Cup winner cos I like jumps over flat racing and the horses race a bit longer over jumps, but I would settle for a Derby winner.  Also, it's also probably the most achievable of the things I would like to do.

that said, I would go for fine art everytime..on your list it is the one thing guaranteed to hold its value and provide pleasure every single day from watching it. The chocolate would previde pleasure, but the subsequent heart attack wouldn't, thus curtailing your enjoyment
