Dave raises to 200k and "takes them chips," oh yes he does.

Alan raises 100k from the cutoff/utg and takes them chips. Dave folds his BB 2-7 face up.

Now we see a flop -

Oh bless, apparently Jan Magnus was weeping at the bar and had to be consoled. 

Currently the players are taking it in turns to steal the blinds. I really want a cigarette.

Warren raises to 100k, Alan calls.

Warren bets 60k and his (perhaps sneaky) weak bet takes the pot.


Alan raises to 130k, Jonothon moves all-in. Alan passes.

Jonothon raises to 100k and takes the blinds. The players have really tightened up since Brevik went out, in fact I think this is the tightest table so far in the GUKPT. Warren Wooldridge seems to be taking the most advantage.

Warren limps on the button, Dave makes up in the small blind, but then Alan spoils the party by selfishly moving all-in. Warren looks grumpy and passes, Dave looks completely neutral, like Switzerland, as he folds.

Dana has gone to get some photos while my computer is playing up.

Jonothon raises to 140k, Warren re-raises to 420k. Dave passes, Jonothon, who seems to have a suspect number of 'o's in his name, an amount of o's that only a communist would surely have, but I'm told that's the correct spelling.

Butters passes, we are on a break and the announcer reminds us we are at the business end of the comp. So don't go far.

10 minute break and then 25k/50k/5k

Play has resumed.

"'Ere coom them caaards. That one's for the press room."

Woo! Woo!

Dave announces all in.

'Ere cooms the dwell...

But they pass and Dave takes the pot.

Blinds are now 25k/50k/5k ante.

Alan pushes from the small blind and takes it down.

And then again from the button, Alan shoves, "Alan wins the pot and them chips."

That he does. By gum.

Warren - 9-T, and Dave mucks. "And why not."

Butters raises all in 375k, Warren calls! Oh, blessed action!

God loves Butters. Or someone does. I don't think he's capable of losing a race.

Warren raises to 150k and nicks them blaaaiinds.

Then Warren gets a walk.

Then Warren raises to 190k and nicks it again.

Next, Warren raises to 160k; now Alan "puts all his cookies in the middle" (!) Ooh, this is exciting.

So Alan Vinson is OUT in 4th place winning £25,100.

Butters makes up the blind and BB Warren raises him right out of there.

Butters passes his button and Warren makes up the blinds now; Dave raises to 170k and someone who is not Warren takes them chips.

Warren raises to 160k and Butters announces all in. Warren asks for a count. Jon Raab - "Oh my God, has he made any move but all in this whole tournament?" Warren passes, so it doesn't really matter though.

Half-assed battle of the shortstacks - a flop!

Butters shows K 5 takes the pot. And them chips.

By the way Mickey Wernick and Willie Tann were part of the 4-way chop of the £300 side event. Mickey was a chip monster and is taking the most good cash money home.

Warren limps from the button. Dave raises to 230k and takes it.

Warren bets 90k. Milkage? In any case, Dave passes.

Warren doesn't mess around and moves all-in from the button.
