Just ordered Sky Sports, how long can I keep it secret from my missus?

I couldn't resist it, the new footy season meant I couldnt not order Sky Sports but I know my missus wont be pleased.

My logic is that I as I work from home playing poker all day I can just sky plus all the matches, avoid the results and watch them when Im eating my shreddies. The bill comes out of my account so we're ok there.

She is a woman though, so I'm sure this intuition thing will kick in and she'll hang my balls up from the satellite dish.

What do we think?

I would shell out the extra £10 per month and get sky multi room. saves all the hassle LOL

PMSL, this is exactly what i was testing out, when i was in school the boys told me it was the last 4 digits of the sky viewing card so naturally i had to find a channel which had a PIN lock so i could test this theory so i had to put it into a porn channel. Long story short i ordered a rather lovely movie on mature housewives APPARENTLY as i only found this out when mum had rang up sky to querie this £5 bill.

And it was an accident coz i didnt even watch the porn!! If id have realised, the video recorder would have been hooked upto the sybox sharpish to distribute films for a small fee to friends!

Why on earth would she have a problem with it?! (doh - just read the whole thread!)  If you want to keep it secret, and it comes out of your account, I doubt she'll even notice - just record the games to watch when she's not in.

Just admit what you have done, you probably will not see her for a couple of days but the swelling around your eyes should not take much longer than that to go down, your vision will get back to normal and then everything will be fine!
