Last weekend at the APAT, I managed to get moved quite a few times, eventually sitting at 6 tables... On my 5th table, we were down to maybe 45 players in total. Sat opposite me was a guy I recognised from photos on the APAT site, (dont know whether I should name and shame YET??..!!)...
it was maybe 10pm ish so we had played like 8.5 hours of poker. For 1 hour while I was at his table he had between 7k and 9k chips so was pretty low compared to average. he was playing very solid, meaning that he was not playing anything at all unless it was mega premium. Then 1 particular hand while he was UTG, he went all-in with his 9k...5 people fold, I also fold, and then the SB to my left pondered... As he was pondering, the guy who went all-in said whileplaying with his mobile phone, just like he had just had a text message, "Sorry, I have to go now, I have not looked at my cards"...
The guy on the SB, he asked him if he had really not looked at them and then continued to tell us that every day, he would play his hole cards on the internet.. He called eventually... SB turns over

and the original raiser turned over

... SB was astonished and said, did you really play that blind? To which he got a reply, no, I looked...

doubled up to 18k and SB took a sizeable hit..
The thing is, I saw him look at his cards, but at the time that he announced he had not looked, I had folded so as I was not in the hand any more, it was not my place to respond by saying, B**lox I saw you looking...
In my eyes this move was not good.. I have to be honest and say that I do not know if it is within the laws or not to say things like that, but nevertheless, it was a LOW LOW thing to do in my eyes...
