If your on the recieving end of "the look" from isabelle you dont forget it in a hurry. A final with Dave, isa and Ivey would be interesting.

Day 3 of this event was probably the most frustrating of my poker career.
For the most of the day, I was sat on an excellent table again, with lots of chips on offer. The main problem was we had a couple of calling stations. Which is fine, as long as you can pick up the odd hand...it just didn't happen

In 7.5 hours of poker , I picked up a pair of Jacks and one AK, no AQs & no other pairs above . Incredibly frustrating in this level of tourney.

Eventually I cracked. I played Q6 of hearts on the button. Mainly, just because it was the blinds for Victor Ramin and John Smith. Both had big stacks, and both were calling stations, and I knew I could get on if I hiit something. Two hit the board and I proceeded to lose 270k to A6 held by the big blind

The whole of the rest of the day was just survival, stealing the odd blind to tread water

Eventually I found JJ and moved over the top of Victor who called my only all-in with 99 - my hand stood up, and I had some more oxygen

The deck is due to hit me in the face first thing today, so maybe we will catch up fast when it does....maybe not

Tikay, for your own information, Canada is in America.
North of United States.
Tournament starts at noon, Las Vages time, and 3 PM my place
in Canada.
and I hope I'll see that tape of Isabelle.
I certainely will.
Good luck to Isabelle.  I'm behind her 100%.

Evening alll.

Fizackley? No idea WHERE that is. Probably in Liverpool (the guy's name is Scouse Bill, & scousers come from Liverpool). For Surpise's benefit, Liverpool is a suburb of Manchester, in England. And they have a football team, Everton.

And Surpise agrees with me that Canada is in America, then says it is north of the United States. Amazing how few women understand geography.

ok to correct Mr tikay (chauvanist)

canada is part of the continant of north america
the USA is also part of north america

canada is north of the USA and not part of the USA as most canadians seem to think

there is no such place as america
americans are people that come from the USA

i'll stand up for the ladies on the forum
