That's pushing the description of music to the limit surely ?

Surely a statement of "Fact" is not "Mud-slinging" ?

Defining opinion as fact show a worrying attitude Wink

Yeah, but it is my opinion, so virtually as good as fact....

Adams = Utter tosh.

Springstein = Utter tosh.

A severe taste failure on both your parts.

Maybe in comparison to the "Glenn Miller Band" you listened to as a young 20 something, making your way in the world.

Anything you don't like, (or dare I say understand) is automatically tosh? You always state your oppinion as fact.

You Sir, are a musical snob.

PS- Adams is tosh though.

The only credit Bryan Adams should get is for shagging Princess Diana.

Bruce Springsteen, whilst not a princess poker, rocks to a vast extent and Born to Run is one of the all-time great songs. For 30 years he has been the literate voice of the American working class and anyone who says he is rubbish has cloth ears.

The low-fi album Nebraska is better than anything Bryan Adams has ever comprehended in his dreams.

 I actually quite like both of them.

The River is a great song and Album - so that's 1 up to Springsteen.

But then Summer of 69 was a bit of an anthem at Uni and so brings back many happy memories (1-all).

OK... I wish I had never mentioned Adams and Springsteen - memo to self:  Keep quiet in future, Harmony.

(There you go, Bainn, you won!  You and Blonde have conspired to make me shut up and you may enjoy peace and quiet for evermore)  Wink

Don't give in Harmony. Disappointed that at such a romantic moment at the end of the film that he didn't make the most of this opportunity and instead started a debate about Bruce Springsteen.  Roll Eyes

Get out of that one Bainn.  Cheesy
