The turn up and hope option seems a bit poor.   What time do registrations open at?   I can't believe it's not possible to implement a system where you book your seat in advance to the regional events.

You reckon there'll be 80 people queuing to get into a regional APAT event at midday?  I seriously doubt it.  That means that they will be accessible to all.  Might be a bit out of the way for some, but leave early to avoid disappointment.

Same as last season.  You want in, you get in.

I think you should start queueing up now, just to be on the safe side. Make sure you pack a big Thermos flask to last you through.

This has always been the problem.

how has it always been a problem for something which has never existed before ?

The regional events are completely new. The idea of turn up and pay on the day is completely new for APAT as well.

Sorry that's not what i meant, the problem i referred to was the preregistering.
I think they are trying a new system that is designed for the locals, a good thing in my book as i always believe that the local recreational players should have preference above those who have the time and resources to travel the length and breadth of the country.
Of course any system has flaws but i think personally this is better as only a few will travel, lets just hope enough will not be put off by the chance of missing out and these get full houses.

APAT does have a hell of a lot more members now but I hope you're right.  I'm not overly keen to trek up to London only to miss out on getting in, it's a pain of a trip at the best of times.

Not long to go till I find out now, quite looking forward to it too.

Just had a look at this and to be honest it looks very confusing.

There are LOADS of online games...can anyone play in these or only the country you live in?

I presume you play a regional to qualify for a national but whats the score with the online games, can you just qualify through them or is there some kind of point system going on?

I could spend another hour or so going through it all again but being female I probably wont be any the wiser

Can someone explain please

From what I can gather, you can play all of them..

Sort but sweet answer, I may be wrong though.
