Yep a quick call for me as well Noflops.

Your oppo betting out the pot on the flop and his play thereafter means it's unlikely he's holding a 7. Also if he calls the re-raise to hit a diamond the check raise all-in is a bit ott imo...after all he has got his oppo passing trips. I think the action suggests his holding is something like    two spades. I have a feeling he is a bluffing fool...lol

I fold. Simple. Give this guy a range please callers. Most 7's beat you and this looks like a simple flush draw that hit.
If he is bluffing this hard then you will get better opportunities v this kid.

The way the hand's played out I think the guy's putting you on (or hoping you have) an overpair to the board or a 7. I think you're beat but I admit I would struggle to lay this down at my stakes ($5/$10) but at $55 SnGs I'd expect my opponents play to be better which would again lead to me to believe you are beat.

Quick question about this situation. Why do you bet the turn if you are going to fold to a re-raise? The flush card gives your oppo the opportunity to make this move whatever he holds so betting out only makes sense if you anticipate the re-pop and you plan to call.

You have been offered a free shot at your boat...so taking the invitation of a free river makes more sense to me if you are going to fold to this aggression.

The size of your turn bet looks a bit noncommittal and your oppo making this play is more likely due to the appearance of the diamond and his reading of the bet/action rather than the fact he actually holds the flush himself. You need to be aggressive and play on your opponent's fears to win HU battles and guess what...your opponent forced you to fold trips because you feared the flush. He knows that whatever you had on the flop is vulnerable to pressure now. This is why betting out if you fear the flush is a bit unproductive in my view.

Also, I don't think your re-raise on the flop suggests to your oppo that you have a 7...just that you don't give him credit for one. So for him to check-raise all-in when he hits his key card is a bit puzzling...it would suggest that he holds one diamond and no more than that imo. Putting your opponent on the hand he represents all the while will make HU an uphill struggle. Better to check the turn here if you don't want the chips in the middle.
