Well I wanted to thank everybody on blonde for what has been a great poker week for me, I am saying it before everything turns sour again and ill be donating my 50p's into the pot..
Last Monday- poker player freeroll, after fighting in the tournament and a lot of chatting with Rob HM on msn, I found myself on the final table and not quiet getting the top prize but taking 6th and a $109 token for another gukpt qualifier.
Last Tuesday - Blonde League.. Well I won it, finally, probably got lucky somewhere down the line but I finally won 1 which I knew I was cappable of doing..
Saturday - APAT Blackpool - My 2nd ever live Freezout, played loads of £5 Crabshoots in Liverpool getting to the FT, but biggest live win £40, so was very pleased to get 6th, take home £100 and of course secure my seat for Walsall.
Saturday - Straight from Blackpool buzzing with excitment with my biggest Live win, fast a f**k back to Liverpool to make the final 20 minutes of the re-buy period in the crabshoot, and well from there onwards the confidence of the day continued right to the end of the comp where i took it down for a cool £270 notes, my first ever live win.
Sleeping on Saturday night was very difficult, but the first thing i said after winning was SHIP IT...
And thats the reason I post SHIP IT i picked up from blonde poker, not to boast, but to thank each and everyone on blonde who I have chatted with, posted great threads whether it be in GD, Internet Poker, poker hands and so on, I feel like I have learned so much, the weekly league games have improved my game so much, along with the odd late night STT with other blondes when were bored. This site is about encouragement, help, support and of course the odd p*ss take, and its a great community to be involved in, from people who pass on freeroll passwords, who want to chat about nothing and everything, and those who share their lives through the community which is blondepoker, and most importantly friendly people who mostly always want to say hello.
Lastly I would like to thank TheChipPrince (who is on holiday at the moment and it's a shame I have not been able to tell him), who introduced me to this wonderfully frustrating game called poker, and who told me about blonde..
