Cool, I managed to succeed in the click fest...  I knew that spending all this money on a PROPER laptop would pay off, lol...

Cheers

Neverends.

I have never succeeded in a clickfest, got a confirmation e-mail though, so maybe I'm improving.  Roll Eyes

Does that mean that i'm on the reserve list ?

Not necessarily Sad You need to email Des and ask him I suppose.

There's a way of *looks around* cheating.... You can download applications that fill in forms for you including address and card details. So you just click a button and <insert instant word here>, its done.

Anyone who didn't get via the clickfest can still play.  You just need to turn up early on the day, and get on the reserve list.

Always at least half a dozen that drop out on the day.  There are people who have won seats who can't make it, so their seats will be available for starters.

See you all in Walsall.

I understand that prior to the day all people that missed out on the clickfest and got a confirmation e-mail will be on a reserve list in order of the next one on the list as people drop out.

And Kin is right (praise be) a new reserve list is opened on the day, I got into the scottish one that way in season 1......

I'm in, just checked on the apat site. Chuffed because it's my local cardroom and missed out on the sweepstake last year.

i was at the casino playing poker at 9pm so didnt make it

looks like my chances of representing scotland in the APAt home internationals have gone up in smoke as i am more than likely going to miss all the live events
and i cant play online with such a poor structure

I didn't bother trying for a seat this time, too much on at the moment.
The only worry for the walsall casino is that bar takings will be well down due to myself, dewi and the duke not being in attendance

I think the duke will be in attendance at the bar.  I'll also be on hand to help Alan fill the breach.

C'mon Iron, sort yourself out - we all want you at some of those events.  We haven't announced the rules around the internationals yet, so you may still stand a chance there.  We might include a noisiest pick or something.

BTW, the structure online is exactly the same as season one.

the online structure doesnt include running antes which makes a huge differences

i have no way of making any of the live events apart from the masters due to the fact i can play the regionals
and i cant play online games without a running ante
and i go out on a tuesday to play live so cant make the clickfest

personally it doesnt bother me as i am more intrested in the APA than the APAt as there is so many events all round the country and playing in a £75 is -ev for me due to expenses

i will buy straight into the £300 which is better for me than the £75 nationals
