Yeah definitely. Who are these players?

If they play in actual U19 or NAT games, rather than friendlies, they get a decent exp boost!

surprised they got a game as there are better players in the squad.
Have a couple in my youths who may be future contenders for U19

One of my assistants is compiling lists of 16yo's for the next U19 manager. I think the season 11 WC ( 3 seasons time), the English u19 team is going to be montrous looking at some of the 16yo's we're getting.

I don't always look at just primary/tech btw, the best performing player at the last WC for us was the best balanced player in the squad!

well it is but I have loads who are 19 so my team will be shite next year.
will probs sell most of em too, and for sod all, as they wont be good enough for my senior team
