I find myself playing an Online Hold 'Em Limit Tourney tonight - short-handed, too. I don't play Limit. Well, I played it once, at the Master Clasiscs in Amsterdam, in 2002 I think, & somehow cashed for a few hundred €, but I ain't got a clue how to play it.

In a few short sentences, how do I play the bloody game?

At least you'll last longer than you normally do in a hold'em tourney

ram, jam the pot with your big hands

see cheap flops with suited connectors, suited aces but make your decision on the flop.

turn and river are for making big pots with big hands / big draws

Monkey rule number 1: No misreads

Monkey rule number 2: save bluffing for rare occasions - its limit and they'll call you with anything "coz its just one more bet"

Weird game this. There's a geezer on my table who pots it pre-flop, flop, turn & river, EVERY hand!

We began with 3,500, I drifted down to 3k, but Pot-Every-Hand-And-Street-Man paid me off when I eventually caught a flop & I'm way above starting stack now - I got 3,510.

We've played half an hour, & nobody is out yet!

Exciting stuff.......
