In answer to Heid's question.....

Almost all sites now use the "take a card when needed" method as it is far more secure, if the card's are stored it's open to all sorts of foul play.

And it will never be like it is live, it's more random than that

About a year ago some site's started advertising the merits of thier RNG's over the other sites.

So the sites with the vunrable stored cards switched over.
