Apologies for for those who think this about hand analysis,  to be quite frank i's not.

I've just got in from the Phat Dogs Keep Mobile Charity Tourney in Wokingham.  Met three other blondes there but will detail that in another post another time.  It was a rebuy where you can buy 500 for a tenner or 1000 for twenty.  Inbetween the rebuy period and the freezeout there is an auction of various items that have been donated by certain sources i.e books t-shirts etc.  One of these sources turned up to the tournament, anothe blondite, Simon Trumper. Everyone was told that whoever bid the highest in the auction would get their photo taken with him.
I didn't have enough cash to bid for the stuff on offer but had a spare tenner, so I told Simon I would put a tenner in the charity pot if I could have my photo taken with him.  I kind of hoped this would encourage more people to donate money to the cause.
I've been bowling with some non poker loving friends afterwards and they are all proper slating me for the "tenner wasted"
I have had a few beers, but I want to know if people think that paying the money was a stupid thing to do??

It's not a waste IMHO - it's for charity - so that's a good thing, and you did it with good interests at heart which is never a bad thing Smiley

Your karma reserve just went shooting up mate, you will be rewarded on the tables Smiley

No it wasn't waste of money.

It went to a good cause.

You have a photo of the occasion and Simon is a celeb after all

Well done

I don't like people telling me what to do with my money.... or my chips
