Have a speedy recovery and make sure you get lots of greens down you post op. It will help with the healing. Oh and if they are knocking you out, tell them to also give you an anti emetic because those anaesthetics can make you feel so nauseous.

I find distration therapy the most beneficial:)  Just dont think about it til you need to. It works for me:)

I find that wine & or malt whisky does the trick.

Ps you have nothing to worry about, hope you have a quick recovery

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Hi all thanks for all the messages of support. I know it sounds corney but it really helped the nerves in the build up. The Operation was a success and only 5 weeks on crutches Smiley

Now I need to rest and cuddle up to my supportive wife Smiley

Glad it went well.  Now relax and give yourself time to recover, enjoying your time with your wife and the feline member of the family. Destress!
