Speaking of finely tuned physical specimens, my favourite moment of the whole week just took place when a waitress asked The Camel if he wanted ice-cream of the fruit salad. Priceless.

"I reckon I was about a 25-1 outsider there to go for the fruit," confessed The Camel.

After giving Bookiebasher Jim Moult a bit of a cheer from the sidelines, I receive an unexpected scowl from Keith Hawkins. "I can't believe you're supporting a bookie?" he says bemused. "Are you saying that bookies are the scum of the earth?" I inquire. "They're below policemen," he replies, "and just above estate agents. Although if Jim knocks me out of this, bookies will go to the top."

Paul Moss, Dave Colclough and Stuart Fox see a K-T-8 rainbow flop, Moss checks, DC bets 20k and Foxy announces all-in, Paul Moss thinks for a LONG time before passing, and Dave passes quickly afterwards.

Just as we were about to go to break, infact about 30 seconds before the end, Stuart Fox & Mark Friedman get involved in a pot and not for the first time lately.  Both of them having large stacks, Friedman raised to 30k and Stuart reraised to 101,000 ontop.  Friedman didn't take that much longer to announce "make it 202,000"  having about 100 or so left behind.  Stuart said all in rather quickly and Friedman called being as it wasn't a great deal more.  Everyone watching i'm sure were all waiting to see AA v KK's, instead we saw

Stuart
Friedman

The flop came a promising for Stuart:

    then     two spades

So Friedman had Stuart covered and is now absolutely monster stack with 656,000, his nearest rival on the table only has 127,000!!!!!

OH FOXY WHY?Huh?Huh?
