Jim - what does Nancy do while you're scamming the tourists? At home I assume she would have lots to keep her busy and a good social network, what happens in Vegas?

Something im being careful of tracey and a good point.   at home id play all night and sleep all day so  over here its much better way around. i have only played 4 times now and they have mainly been 3/4 hour stints.  so she is happy to get rid of me for a few hours but we are doing much more together in the other times

I was interested if only because when you arrived you mentioned the cat but nothing about Nancy! How nice that you are able to spend more time together.  Smiley

I was sleeping!Late night at DTD earlier in the week and a full day today so I needed my wits about me. Just too tired to play poker - how sick is that? However after a doze on the sofa after a healthy dinner I managed to extract a bit of cash on the blonde cash table at 2am so the early night sort of went out of the window!

Not sure where to play tonight - don't finish until 6 (just waiting for my last client) so a bit of a push for DTD but it's only a £20 rebuy at Luton starting at 8.

The Red rock is mentioned a few times in an article in one of the mags about what are 'must do's' when in vegas. Several of the pros recommend there and I think Green Valley ranch?

They said it was the vegas old style play there and if you were a lag you would probably confuse the hell out of them. True or not Jim?

ill get the blog updated in the next couple days

the redrock is like playing a home game they are 90% locals and all know each others game and most topics of conversations start with rememeber when this hand happened. being selectively aggressive is the way to win here without question. flops can be see so cheaply and players struggle to get away when they flop top pair. the room itself has about 25-30 tables and they credit you $1 p/h to play which you can use for cinema bingo spa food or even hotel rooms. most casinos only allow u to spend on food. The more points u get the higher grade players card you get i have moved from red to gold already and now i get priority parking and 25% discounts on show and gift shop
