Why not have a preliminery round to start with. The three leagues could all compete for spaces in the respective divisions next season, for example the top 3 in each league go to the Premier div, 4-6 go to div 1 and the 7-9 in div 2.
Just a thought to get things started off in a fair way.

with all due respect, lets just let rooks run this the way he wants to ... he has come up with the idea and is prepared to run it, so i think we should just let him do it his way... after all its not as if we are playing for money.

I'm moving treehouse in about 3 weeks which probably means i'll be without internet connection for a little while - however i can get someone else to post my blackpool beach donkey's on my behalf, will that be ok?
