To not lose my Stars roll again and to play better poker - thinking about things more, get some ICM/PokerStove stuff into my head (whatever that maybe) Be more brave defending my big blind, be more aggressive in my game and to see the back of 2007!

Come on Tank, 4000 sng's in 3 months for old times sake, you know you want too Wink

weight loss is pretty easy I can go from 16 and a half stone down to 12st in prob about 14-16 weeks and have done a couple of times for bodybuilding shows. You really just need to cut carbs, increase water and then keep your metabolism ramped up high! I would suggest fast paced walking in the morning on just a protein shake, two/three small meals including carbs during the day, train again and then a couple of protein and veg based meals in the evening. Spend the first two weeks gradually reducing carbs. if the weight loss slows, change the cardio.

Supps to use protein powder (wheyfx by smart-tec, company I launched about two yrs ago tastes good), udo's oil (good fats helps keep fat shifting), you could use a fatburner like inferno by interactive but use this for last six weeks to keep metabolism high when body is close on starvation mode!

It doesn't do you any harm IMO, as I say I have done it sub 5% bodyfat a few times, currently 16st, but too much poker will do that to you!

1. Win a WSOP ME seat
2. Win a Copenhagen EPT Seat - times ticking on this one.
3. FT a sunday tourney on stars
4. Go to DTD and play in an event.
5. Play in the HORSE WSOPE
6. Get Gaz, John or Andy to play in a GUKPT with me
