Would like to see updates on Håkon Bentsen and Magnus Tollefsen today too, if possible. Bentsen startet at table 48, Tollefsen at table 10.

British player Trevor Williams just lucked out, and I'm sure he won't mind me saying that. All-in with a set of Nines against a set of Jacks, a fourth Nine on the River resulted in a scream from the unfortunate victim, a flurry of media peeps flooding the table, and a cheeky, mischievous grin plastered across Trevor's face as he raked in the circa 40k pot. Hard not smile after a River like that, although the guy with the Knaves didn't find it funny, not sure why.

Julian Thew, although short, is still plugging away. He's hovering around his starting stack for the day after a couple of uncontested pushes (if only they knew!), but he did have time to nip over a report the standard of the table.

"The play on here's shocking. One guy re-raised with A-5 of hearts pre-flop and then checked when he hit his flush draw on the flop. He then bet the turn and called a re-raise when he didn't have the odds. He somehow did 50k in that one hand!"

Kathy Liebert has bitten the dust. She was taken by what Benjo and I referred to as "the oldest guy behind tikay to wear a hoodie", Mr Claude Marbleu. All-in pre-flop, his survived a raggy three diamonds against Kathy's despite her incessant demands of a Bullet on every street. I did notice that, like the true gent she is, Kathy took her exit exceedingly well, complimenting her foe on his holding and wishing the table good luck prior to departure.

Andrew Teng is playing with the zest and gusto of a child on Christmas morning, his latest conquest being a nice pot off previous winner Steve Paul-Ambrose, Teng's 8,600 bet on the River of a board with eventually being paid-off by the PokerStars pro.

I think Andrew might be one to watch out for. He was the highest placing Brit at the start of the day, and he seemed totally unfazed by it. Calm and collected and about as cool as a Fonz in a freezer.

Peter Gould is OUT, constant pushing started to irritate his opponents, and when he came over to the top of a raise again, this time one player's patience snapped and he called with Fours only to find that this time Gould had Aces. Four on the river, and Peter is off to try and buy-in for the Battleships event.

Stuart Taylor, "I sucked out again, re-raised a guy all-in with T-2, he called with A-K and I hit a deuce."

Andy Lowe is OUT, 6-6 vs A-J while Dave Colclough looks to have departed his table also.

Finally, there is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call the Scandie Zone. Nah nah nah, nah nah nah, nah nah nah...(You have to feel for the bloke in the Giants shirt, he's surrounded by Norwegians, Danes, Finns and Swedes)

Peter Gould had actually bluffed his way up until 37,000 until this cruel hand occurred. Nice game.

Magnus Tollefsen, we are told is OUT, though we have no details. Håkon Bentsen is doing very well though, he has over 120k just re-raising a hijack raise of 3.5k to 10.5k from the button. Here's a picture of him next to Humberto Brenes, the latter seems to be contemplating eating his own credit card.

Andrew Teng has just lost a huge pot, raising to 3,025 preflop with J-2, betting 4.5k on the Q-6-2 flop and being check/called. The Jack on the turn improved his hand healthily as he bet 8.5k and was again check/called. The river, a seemingly blank 4 was checked for a third time by his opponent, and this time Andrew bet 18.5k and was once again called. His opponent rivering a set of 4's.

Passing Michael Martin's stack, he gave me a roll of the eyes, it appears he's taken a couple of huge hits today and is stuck nursing a 20k stack now.

Here's one picturesque snap for ariston and well, every other red-blooded male. Maybe even some women too, you just don't know. Anyhow, the Canadia tigress is currently on 24,500. Roaaar!

Nick Gibson -- 100,000

"Hey snoops," waves Gwibbo, "can you take a photo of me, I don't have many of me with chips."

After discussing various positions, poses and facial expressions, this is the masterpiece we came up with.
