Bloody duster !!!

that shirt is going in a frame mate ... even though tikay did chuck it on the floor when they announced I had won it.

I just wish grandad had told me earlier that he was on... i would have travelled up there just to meet him.

He seemed pretty bitter that he'd been sacked by one Scottish Team, not sure it was Cyde though. He said "we beat Celtic, but at the end of the Season, they still sacked me". Like, one victory in a Season should be enough. Is beating Celtic really THAT big a deal?

But he was actually a lovely bloke, or he came across that way. Blissettt said he still had the scars - on his neck! - from when he played against Roberts. He referred to Graham as a "WWF style of player"......

He asked who I supported, I said Brentford, & after the laughter died down - about 20 minutes, that's all - he said he'd applied for the Managers job there recently, & sent a 20 page dossier on how he'd improve the Club. "But the tossers gave it to the youth team coach". Not impressed, then........?

Im sure Luther Blissett moved to a country estate near Corfe Castle

he has big iron gates at the front of the house and on top of the gates it says the name of the estate

Covert? I'm disappointed. It was pure, 100%, unadulterated, spam.

It was Clyde - he took them to a tribunal, don't know the result though.

The result against Celtic was pretty spectacular I hate to say, Clyde had not long before held open trials for people not signed to League or Non-League sides & had a team of kids. We watched it in Brum before the Sunday session at BB1 IIRC. It was followed though by infighting on a pre-season tour and allegations of racist abuse, this all led to him getting sacked (but like I say I don't remember the tribunal result).

Roberts wasn't exactly popular with the Celtic support though after his spell at Rangers.
