Just switched over to BBC2 to see Sheridan is a contestant.  Not sure if she's a blondeite herself, but her fella Joe, aka Rivered, certainly is.  She played at Reece's charity game and has also been to at least one blonde bash, so a few of you may recognise her.

Anyway, if you're reading Sheridan - hope you win.  And more importantly, when are you inviting us all round to dinner? Grin

was round at my mum's and she spent 2 hours telling me that Masterchef was going to be on and how it was her favourite programme. think she was most impressed when it finally came on and I knew one of the contestants.

no - it was two rounds in tonight's show - first we saw her win her heat, then she won her quarter final.

ah, there you are Ironside. I'll never forget your comment the first time you met Joe and Sheridan.

'Joe, how the hell did you get a woman like that?'

For those that didn't see it, Sheridan was knocked out in the semi finals today where the last 4 went down to the last 3 for the final next week. Shame as although she did some excellent cooking, a few mistakes towards the end proved costly. it does seem that souffles and fondants are gambles. Get them right and they love them, get them wrong and it is doom. Unfortunately the souffles proved a costly gamble.  Sad
(FWIW I thought the bloke that can't cook chip should have gone)

Still an excellent performance to reach the last 4.

serving cheese souffles to food critics, not a TAG choice there..souffles are boom or bust

she LAGged it up at the wrong point IMO, it needed a nice simple Prawn Marie Rose there...

souffles = coinflips
Logged

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.
