I wonder how many photo's they take with that thing on an average day, and I wonder who goes through them all blanking out faces, number plates etc.

I'm thinking it's probably time to stop posting my daily weight on here now.

I was going to keep it going until I hit my target. It's been very motivational for me, but I can see it must be getting pretty boring for everyone else, so as from tomorrow I'm going to move it to the mod's board.

I actually quite like it, I am very impressed with your consistency.

Cant be arsed to trawl though everything, whats the big change? Been exercising or someink?

Basically, I've been eating less and moving more.

I've really cut down on processed foods and carbs, (especially bread & taters). I've replaced them with fruit, veg and salad. I've mostly swapped red meat for fish and chicken.

I'm jogging about 3 miles 3/4 times a week, I cycle instead of drive when practical, and I always take the stairs.

PS- When I weigh myself. I deduct 2lb for my halo.

It's automated software. Volume would be impossible to do by hand.

Yeah please stop posting the weight loss figures Tom. The constant reminder of how possible (i dont want to use the word easy) it is acts as a constant reminder of how fking useless I am.

Really?

Clever innit?

BTW- Should I be using a question mark after "innit! or is it simply a statement of fact?

Should any rhetorical question have a question mark?

It's a simple method - but seems that 99% of people haven't got the dedication to stick to it.  Roy Castle could have told them a thing or two.  He was a stubborn Yorkshireman as well Wink

or at least weekly updates please!

Thanks for the link.

I remember those caravans. Only the well to-do Gypsies could afford those. There were three "Top of the range" models. The Vickers, the Morecambe, and the Westmorland Star.

If they want to make the holidays really authentic, there should be no electricity, no toilet, no shower, no running water, and when someone books in for a week, they should force them to move on after three days....

Cash prize of over £4.50, an alcoholic beverage, and the title of BLD champion to the person who posts the best blonde lying down pic on here.

PS- No smut please. (Unless via PM).

Did you catch this last night?
http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00z88v0/The_Boat_That_Guy_Built_A_Cup_of_Tea/

A little over-produced at times with dramatic music at points that didn't need it, but a great venture nonetheless and the main protagonist is a fascinating character
