"and, even if she was seeing two men at once..its hardly unique..happens across the world every day and is in no way shape or form indicative of "slapper"dom as these types of situations can crop up for a variety of reasons in many lives."
not saying it is unique but regularity and promiscuous= i didnt define the word slapper just used it IMO

Hang on, its not a "lets bash Diana's morality" thread.
Its intended to create a debate on the fickle British press .... they pay Burrell telephone number cash amounts for his gossip, and then slate him for being a traitor... its comical.
It really is quite simple, if he wasn't paid for his rubbish, he would disappear from public life, so its the press and the public that have fuelled his efforts.
Burrell was cast aside after the death of Diana, his career in the royal circle was finished as the royals wanted no part of him due to him working for Diana ... he made a fortune (estimated 30 million) since then ... whatever you think of the ethical side of what he did, you surely cant blame him for cashing in, and as long as there is demand he would be daft not to supply !
nope cant blame him for it he spotted a opening and took the opportunity fair play, but still would like to slap him round the face with a wet packet of shit I agree I have wanted to hit Ferguson round the face with a wet packet shit for some time now..........as for Burrell you reap what you sow and that goes for the whole lot of them dating right the way through history. Was Diana a slapper?? Who cares. She at least tried to do some good and the comfort she gave a friend of mine whose Husband, daughter and ultimately her own life were taken by Aids changed my opinion of her from one of absolute and utter loathing to a slightly more balanced position. She visited Rebecca on many occasions, unannounced and without any reporters and if you want to see a truly moving programme I recommend you see a programme called Rebecca's secret. Rebecca was given a blood transfusion during the birth of her second child in Canada. It was contaminated. Did Diana have to get involved? Of course not and she always respected the families right to privacy, so at least a part of what she did was sincere. We on here are all poker players so our sense of reality is screwed anyway. I for one just think she found herself in an unhappy place and Mr. Burrell just happened to take advantage of that situation. His relationship with the press is to be expected. The motivation of the press is to do whatever is necessary to make up a good story. He has but himself to blame after all if you play with fire you are bound to get burned.

Interesting viewpoint. And how would you label a man that had had sex with 5 or 6 women?
A legend

Sometimes you have to suffer a little bit in your youth to motivate yourself to succeed in later life. Do you think if Bill Gates got laid in high school, do you think there'd be a Microsoft? Of course not.

A legend lol - wouldn't a guy need to sleep with a few more women than that to reach legend status?
