Anyone else going to be watching them?

The ladies has it's attractions: Sharapova v Ivanovic.

Whilst Tsonga (who knocked Murray out in the first round) has proved he's no fluke by battering Nadal to reach the final - where surely he'll be facing Federer?

Beating Nadal wasn't particularly unexpected, he is less successful in this tourney than any other. Think if it's Federer he plays he'll make a lot of unforced errors and Federer will pounce on his inconsistency.
Saying that Tsonga looks some player and defo one for the future.

Future?..After Federer there will be nothing but emptyness..a great gaping abyss completely void of talent and flair.

Lol thats a bit strong Boldie, im sure tennis will still move on post federer.

Having said that he is the best Tennis player I have ever seen, clearly better than Sampras imo who was quite 1 dimensional compared to Federer.

Has there ever been a finer looking quartet to make it to the semi finals of a grand slam than Sharapova, Ivanovic, Jankovic and Hantuchova?  We usually have a beast or two in there but this time we had 4 beauties Smiley

Anyone seen any of the 3 match exhibition series between Federer and Sampras?

I believe Federer said that Sampras would still be able to beat the top 5 players in the world on the American hardcourts.

Federer is getting humped in the semi. He'll need to dig out his best tennis to come back in this one.

It was a question - hence the question mark?  I didn't see you post anything before the match, so I guess you were in agreement?

Don't be silly. He knew all along that Federer never stood a chance and would lose in 3 sets.
that's why he backed Federer to lose for all his money.
