A good day for t'briggites, 366-5dec and four early wickets to leave them 25-4. Away from home so can press on and wrap I'd up tomorrow and have the extra day off ahead of Friday's season decider in OD (yes, really). Debut unbeaten century for Academy graduate Yarwood and a battling debut 34 off 75 for fellow Acad grad Dale 'Bungle' Jeffrey.

disappointing day today, never made inroads into a strong side and they finished the day all out for 441. had 7 overs to see out the day but managed to lose an opener. going to be tough to score against their strong bowling attack,my one saving grace could be the fact that we bat down to number 7.game on.

617-2 at close of play.
A good start to the season, this lot look like my only challengers for supremacy in my new Div 6. They have much stronger batting than bowling so this could end in draw.

A new start for the Magicians.
Have the relegated team today with ratings upto 80k BR. First run out for my new team at home and the start looks promising (need to buy one more bowler).
Bowled them for 265 and am 15/0 in reply.
A Strong batting line up and a Proficient Bowling line up almost a million in the bank and a good squad size - the only way is down.
Good luck for the season ahead all.

First game for me in Div V where I'm up against four established teams who are far superior to my lot, plus three other promoted teams against whom I feel I can give a good game. At home to one of the latter today and had a good solid start reaching maximum batting points before ending up at 403-6.

Ok...silly question time..... Do you declare overnight by setting the declaration box total at the current score? Sounds daft but in the past I've always added ten or so on to my overnight total, just in case it misses my intended declaration!
