I have used cardrunners for quite a while now, for improving certain parts of my cash game play. They try to offer a mix of 6 max, full rung and heads up games across the stakes and seem to do a pretty good job. My favourite videos to wacth are Green Plastics (taylor caby) for a few different reasons. Firstly he is a great player but his analysis is top draw, he talks through every situation in detail and also goes through some other hypothetical sitautions, eg, what he would do if he got 3 bet by player x. Also when nothing intersting is happening in the video, which if you have ever played cash games can be pretty regular, he talks about different aspects of the game in relation to away from the table which has helped me in the past.

I primarily use cardruners these days as I mainly play cash games, I did sign up to pokerxfactor when it first launched as I was playing a ton of tournaments and their analysis was also excellent. I havent watched cash games on xfactor or mtt's on cardrunners but I imagine that it would be in their best intrests to assure the highest quality videos.

Aaron Beens are quality too, as are Zpacemans Cheesy

I've never watched the high stakes players cash games as they are well out of my league, but I guess I should watch a few for the analysis.
