Soren limps on the button, Tim checks.
Flop:
Tim bets 100k - Call.
Turn:
Tim now checks, Soren bets 160k - Call. (Say what you will about them, they don't stall or dwell for camera time - it's all fast action, of sorts)
River:
Double check - and Tim's
take it from Soren and his
J-something which may have been a diamond but I couldn't see.

Double check on a
flop - Tim, slowly increasing his nearly 2:1 chip lead, bets, eliciting a pass.

I haven't been able to follow the updates for this event, but have been watching the live feed for the last twenty minutes. Can someone briefly explain how these two made it to heads-up? It doesn't appear to have been through relentless aggressive poker.. and what the hell fire is that song that American dude keeps singing? It's making me not like him if I'm honest. Harsh I know.

[edit] Dana has become negative. It's like he was giving us a sign of impending doom of some sort...
But they're back, with huge blinds now, so we may see some big, tournament winning, Kroner-millionaire making pots soon...

To be fair, neither of them were playing like this through the earlier stages of the final, and indeed the tournament itself - both are capable of making big calls and probably some sorts of moves, but it looks like the heads-up format isn't exactly a great showcase for their talents...

After the most recent break, it's been Soren's turn to make some action, taking the initiative in the three early pots.
was a flop seen by both of them, with Soren as the preflop raiser. But it's Tim who bets out 200k into Soren, who raises to 400k. Back to Tim who flat calls. See - a big pot - as predicted...
Turn:
Check from Tim, check from Soren
River:
Tim bets out 400k immediately upon seeing it, and he's called.
A-8 for Soren, beating Tim's A-2 as the eight kicker plays with Aces and Fives... and predictably Soren and his brother, drinking beer, go crazy - Soren nuts his brother and then kisses him. The rest of the crowd maintain a slightly horrified silence.

Min-raise preflop from Tim, with an insta-all-in from the chip leader following from it. No call.

Tim calls preflop and Soren checks. Flop:
. Soren checks, Tim checks.
Turn:
Soren checks, Tim bets 100k, no, sorry, 120k (that wouldn't have been allowed) but the 20k didn't make a difference - pass.
_________________________
English Only At The Table: The continual swivelling of Soren to chat to his brother/supporter/girlfriend is upsetting Tim Vance, who doesn't want potential coaching in a language he can't understand. Soren, nevertheless, carries on. I wonder if Tim will eventually call for a proper ruling on this - it turns out that Soren isn't receiving coaching or anything close, just saying weird stuff about the suitcase and trophy and his girlfriend.

We've spent nearly all of our time in the exceptionally well-heated Casino Copenhagen, or our exceptionally well-heated hotel room, so we're not sure. But during one brief moment of walking down a road looking for a taxi last night at 4am we felt the full power of the frozen winds which is like when you open the freezer. It was intense. Last time I was here everything was covered in snow, though. Is there snow in Waterford?
