Hi guys this is something we do on the P4C forum each month.

We all list a few objectives for the month then come back at the end of the month and see how we all did. It doesn't matter how big or small they are as long as they challange you!!

Examples last month on P4C ranged from making $1500 to winning an EPT event!!!!

Mine were with $8k online, stay in the unusual suspects and win a ranking event, i managed 2 out of 3 which aint bad!!!

I have yet to think of my goals for this month, so someone else will have to get us started!

Ummmmmm oh go on then,,,,,,,

1) Make the money in the HUPC in Slovenia (would be nice to win, but I think making the money is a more realistic goal)

2) Continue to progress in the Omaha Cash Games (live and online)

3) Double my online bankroll

If you were to double ur bankrol over 1 month, would that not mean you are playing outside your bankroll?

Depends how big your bankroll is and how you plan to double it. If your bankroll is $5000 and you entered the $10 rebuy on pokerstars with a $25guarentee then you will win at least $5000 for an outlay of between $11 and $101(only the big fish).

You've doubled your bankroll but you're not playing outside it.

Mr End, looking at your picture, you're gonna have to get up of the sofa and stop sleeping...

May I suggest running on the spot whilst you're online calculating whether you're getting pot odds to call...

I beg to differ matt. People seem to think the only thing to consider with comps is buyin size. Field size is nearly as important.

James,,,,, u know FULL WELL that my "TOTAL" bankroll is quite sizeable. I did say my "online" bankroll.

Like many people i suspect, I myself dont like putting money online - so no I am not playing outside my bankroll.

Also, you know that I only play one (maybe 2 MTT's each day) so even if I won the 7.5k twice in a month ie $8000, that would do it.

So are you saying that a bankroll of $8k is too little to play the $12k guaranteed on VC?Huh???

No I think he is saying expecting to win two MTTs a month only playing 60 maximum of them is not a realistic aim for most but the luckiest players. I just looked up the TLB 2005 leader on pokerdb and he's "won" over $200K since October 2004, but the guy plays tons of MTTs. I bet his net win is a bit lower
