£10 a head, Saturday 2-6pm

Please post here if you wish to have a ticket for this buffet, pay on the day

The standard DTD menu will be available later in the evening ONLY but we need an idea of numbers for buffet catering please



Items from the following list

Selection of gourmet deli sandwiches

Chargrilled chicken breast with chilli, lime and soy

Roast dusk and hoi sin pancakes

Mexican style chicken fajitas

Selection of salads (including potato salad, pasta salad and rice salad)

Smoked chicken and sun dried tomato tartlets

Salmon and dill fishcakes with tartar sauce

Vegetarian samosa, spring rolls and dim sum

Honey and sesame roasted baby back ribs

Black olive and cherry tomato quiche

Wild strawberry and mint cheesecake

Double chocolate torte

the logistics around catering for 300 and having regular customers in later  are obviously a challenge

agree here just because your a vege doesnt mean you should be excluded from the buffet and have to wait til later to eat from the main menu.

more vege stuff could be included and people can state if vege or not so you have idea of the numbers
