Another story about how a picture in the paper of a celebrity doing something againstt he law and the police looking into prosecuting
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/7291607.stmClarkson caught making a phonecall while driving (alledgedly).
First of all, the twat and his girlfriend that took the picture and sent it off to the Mirror (of course to get their own names in the paper and maybe some money, eh?) are of course scum. Mr Blake was quoted by the Daily Mirror as saying: "We could not believe that we'd caught him out. My girlfriend saw he was on his mobile. She grabbed hers and took a picture of him."
Really? Just how sad are you when you immediatly think "Clarkson is on the phone!...whilst driving!..I'll take a picture and send it to the newspaper!"..Really..people like that are the lowest form of life..not even quite up to the level of attention seeking media whore.
Then the tabloid (not quite a newspaper, is it?) of course runs with the story and then GOES TO THE POLICE?!?!?!?!!!!!! And the police (unable to catch anyone doing anything illegal themselves and therefore they have to rely on the press to do it for them ...or the general public always willing to grass someone up) then say ""We have been handed the photograph and we will be looking at it with a view to a possible prosecution. "
So..the normal people rat you out to the press and the press grass you up to the police. The police don't have to catch you doing anything wrong anymore..the people do it for them.
Yuck!
p.s. I don't condone anyone making a telephonecall whilst driving..or breaking the law in any other way for that matter..but the questionable ethics of the Great British public and it's media really do piss me off sometimes.
If I knew the guy and his girlfriend who had taken the picture and sent it to the newspaper I probably wouldn't let them in my house ever again...Grasses (about shitty little things..) make me sick, they honestly do.
P.p.s. I declare a vested interest in that I think Jeremy Clarkson is probably one of the greatest living Brittons at the moment and therefore this subject might just piss me off a tiny bit more than it ussually would.
