A guy at work turns up and starts ranting about how it was worse than the one on Eduardo. I asked him just to admit that he hates Wenger and that he has been waiting for an Arsenal player to foul like this to prove a point and he agreed a lot of this is down to his dislike of Monsieur Wenger.

LOL!!! there's a difference between contact and going for someone. He was miles from the ball. There was more intent in that one to take the player than Taylor's.

AFAIK none of the gooners on here have suggested that there was any malicious intent in Taylor's tackle. I would also deign to suggest that there was equally no malicious intent in Diaby's, just mistimed on a soaking wet surface. |

I can't take that as miss timed, for that to be the case the ball would once have had to be where he put his foot. I have seen challanges a lot worse though.
