I dont know what was more laughable, the penalty or the girl's comm, she just shouted the comms in a shrill voice.

Yes.

How this guy is still a top-flight official is beyond me...

After the game at Anfield I beleive he was "given the next week off" I bet this doesnt happen after this game because it wasn't on sky. The guy should be struck off the list

can't remember if I posted this before or not but a great Styles howler from earlier in the season.

game at the Valley, player goes down injured and Styles allows the physio on but forgets to stop play first and the ball is still in play, Nicky Weaver is left looking a touch confused holding the ball.
after treatment is complete, Styles, still oblivious to the ball in play at one end decides that we'll restart the game with a throw in at the other end of the pitch, ball is played to oppo's keeper and we're left with the rather odd sight of both keepers holding a ball wondering what to do next.
