One thing that I had to find out before the end of play was whether or not Messieurs  Lund and Linton were behaving themselves after their earlier fracas.

"He tried to progress it," stated Kevin, "but I wouldn't let him."

"He gave me a rub down after I lost a 100k pot to him," claimed Pete.

"You've been calling people donkeys. If I'm a donkey, you're a giraffe."

"See you later, Eeyore," added Pete.

I think I can conclude that that quarrel is still in full flight. Either that or I simply sparked it off again. Oops.

Supa dupa updates as we come to expect on Blonde............btw please can you ask them to recount the entries cos I'm sure Karabiner was playing 2 seats to increase the numbers.
Unlucky to Sledgey who couldn't quite make it through to day 2.
Looking forward to today's updates and expect with less runners that the norkage will be free flowing.

She came to our table (25) with about 20K just before I busted. I presume she tried to get a hand past Purewal who didn't seem able to pass 3rd pair on earlier evidence Smiley

What happened to me? Went from an awesome start to going horrendously card dead and frustratingly bluffing off about 20k in 2 hands.  It was about 20 mins before the end of the night and with only 25k left (and having Pete Linton raising my blind EVERY round). I decided to make a stand for chips for day 2.  I looked down at pocket 4's to another Linton raise and shove a shove shoved.  Just my luck Pete woke up with Q's.

Second card was a heart warming 4 and a grimace from Pete, which was proceded  by blank, blank QUEEN river and a silent "fukn justice" from Pete's brain - although all he did was nod!  Ce la vie or whatever it is.  Great comp again DTD.
