PT4 has a note taker and similar functions to SNG Wizard in built.  You still need to use table ninja though.

I really like PT4, the main thing that annoys people about switching is the time it can take to import large databases.  In terms of setting up and customisation, I think that PT4 is much easier to use for me (lots of drag and drop type fuctions).  But I would imagine thats more because I'm used to it.

As for the graphs been prettier on HEM, I wouldn't be surprised if it was possible to make PT4 graphs look like HEM.
