how long is reasonable to wait between sending an email to a poker site's support and sending a second arsey one asking why they haven't bothered to reply to the first one?

did you get an automated reply saying they would contact you within x hours? (x being an undefined amount, not a posh 10)

Sent a password reset request to Trillion saturday, got passed on to pokerresponse.com who asked a bunch of security questions. Replied with these 11.30 AM Sunday. How long will it be before they reply? I'm obviously spolied by PokerStars' support I guess.

I just PM Kev no matter what problem I have and no matter whom I have it with..and then follow it up with an arsey email every 5 minutes until he sorts it. after an hour he contacts everybody for you, Pokerstars, Full Tilt, Royal Bank of Scotland, British Gas and BT Smiley
