for some reason I'm not allowed on the same train as you, no connection from kent I think. but I can get tickets @ £18.50 each way, pretty damn good as it's normally 16.10 just to get into London

Has anybody travelled by train through 'megabus'? ( www.megabus.com/uk/) Can't beat the price, but I'm a little worried about getting to the station and finding no train which accepts the megabus/train ticket.

Christ - I checked the prices & the cheapest I could get from Glasgow was £75 return. Got flights for £40, I'd have prefered to take the train as well.

Got flights for £40, I'd have prefered to take the train as well. why not just pay the 35£ more for the train?..you won't have to wait for ages and you don't have to pay a taxi to and from the Airport in glasgow...and the bus from EM airport into Notts is a 5'er single anyways so at most you'd be spending 20£ ish more...and not have to piss about at the airport for hours. Easy choice, no?
