EEE PC.
I've got it. I love it.
What do you use yours for Tom?
It's so small he can carry it around in the gap where his front teeth used to be.
Andrew can manage a full size lappy, and he hasn't lost any teeth..... yet.

I use it for email, surfing the net, (Well browsing blonde) playing poker etc, but deffo not porn.

The 701 with XP isn't straight forward at first Rob. You have to install a slimmed down version.
Also, you have to change the screen resolution for some poker sites.

Was just looking at that forum, lots of stuff there.
Not sure whether to wait for 900 with XP pre installed or just use Linux.
Oh my head hurts.

I'd just use Linux unless you want to play poker when you need windows.
There are lots of similar PCs out now too.

In June the Eee900 comes with Intels new Atom Processor which will increase battery life by a ton and may be slightly faster (but may also be slower and more expensive, should find out in a few weeks when the benchmarks are done).
I am defo getting one at some point and will prob go with an xp one for software compatability, at least until poker tracker and my favourite sites work on Linux.

I bought one of these on Friday.
After playing with Linux for a while, got bored and decided to install Windows. However, my EEE PC is not having any of it and refuses to let the Windows install complete without BSODing on me - quite annoying as the USB mobile dongle with 3 doesn't work on Linux.
