The min raise on the flop is absolutely horrid, either flat it and disguise your strength or raise properly...  Once the turn comes I think you have to push, calling is not good here, and of course you cant fold...

Make it 24k on flop, if he has what he is representing he isn't folding on the flop. You min raised and let him draw cheap I guess.
