Hi Taxi,
I'm now about 90% certain I'm going to hit North Luzon this August, don't know if your likely to be there then, but I might be willing to go a bit out of my way to catch up for a beer for a night if you are..........
Good thread keep posting please. Palarin ka sana.........
Unless my fortunes take a turn for the better I wont be there in August (i will be here may/june), but if you are this way and in need of some free albeit very basic accommodation, the hospitality offered is 5 star + just let me know and I will contact Roxanne and let her know.

OK will play it by ear nearer the time. Might struggle for time but we'll see, I'm a back packer at heart anyway so I will kip anywhere........

So standard for SEA people, my rule of thumb is add 5-8 years on to whatever age you think they are.

Mr Taximan where are you?

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k. “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi. Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Mr Taximan where are you?
I am still here alive and well thank you Dewi, just not had anything significant happenning worthy of an update really, I did go home again in June for 3 weeks, Roxanne's bday and our 1st wedding anniversary, we spent 4 days in Hong Kong which was very nice (roxannes 1st trip abroad). Other than that life ticks over day to day (or night to night in my case).
Spent the last couple of days reading all the going ons here and I have made my feelings clear in the past about the community here and I believe the latest saga/s are really pushing the boundries.

How did Rox enjoy her first trip?
She LOVED it, took her to Disneyland there and she had her 1st roller coaster ride, had no idea what to expect and shit herself lol (not literally thank goodness). At home she is used to travelling everywhere by tricycle so I dont think she has forgiven me yet for making her walk around the markets of Hong Kong for 7 hours
