Birdman of Alcatraz

Thursday 8th January 2009.

During the recent cold spell I have been putting some scraps of food and some fresh water out for the birds that visit our garden. Toady I am awoken to find I have a visitor, none other then Mr Robin  Smiley

Nothing to report on the work front, life goes on each day, its good and I enjoy it.

Friday 23rd January 2009

Nothing to report workwise, life is good. Roxanne had to go into hospital today (yesterday there) for an operation to remove a cyst from her breast, she called me at 04.30 this morning, just back from the op and i spoke to the surgeon (same guy who removed my gallstone), he told me the operation went well, Xan is fine, and the cyst removed appeared to be benign, obviously tests have to be done, but I feel alot happier now I have spoken with him.

Taxi I'm no expert, but I deal with this sort of thing every week with my students. Also a friend of mine recently married a Filipino lady in the Philippines and they are now living back in the UK.
