2nd goal was lazy defending...3rd goal was unreal how sloppy it was. Russia deserved this as they were MUCH MUCH better than we were. Schneijder and VD Sar were the only two played we had that were any good.
Well done Russia, we never stood a chance...well done Guus..what a manager.
+1
Unlucky baldie. There's still the Germans to cheer on...
lol...I'll be cheering on Guus all the way. Best international manager?
I was just saying to Josepebhoy on MSN I reckon Hiddink is one of the best managers in the modern game. I wonder what sort of progress Celtic would have made with him instead of O'Neill? The deal was done til Desmond personally got involved.

fs gutted why couldnt they have just held on for that 5 mins id have been a much richer man!
Unlucky Cambo. You definitely got your money in good if you were on Russia at 4/1 upwards.
yeah 4/1 plus pav last goal scorer £20 8/1, was swaying with first and last , that would have atleast softened the blow, 4/1 tho was just a crazy crazy price

Arshavins different class- what a difference he makes to the ruskies- as for the sending off decision- I think justice was done as I dont think it was a foul at all- the russian defender was wreckless with the tackle and it was a stupid lunge but he never actually made any contact with snjeider and he rolled around like he'd been shot.

Meh, we always get the same shit every tournament, yet we make it to the later stages. When exactly have we been lucky in this tournament by the way rooky? Id say we've been skanked more than we've had decisions for us. I hope we dont miss Pirlo too much, but yeah i reckon its gonna be a cracker again.

I didn't say they had been lucky - just that they had come back from death! Mutu with a golden chance to knock you out etc.

True, but its the way we roll. Let us drift out at 20s then get em hammered!
