they will be routinely accepted if you bid the required price
really guys you are far better off searching unmanaged clubs than trying to buy off managed clubs.
put the offer in, and the next day its accepted.
beware...buying old players you are likely to get rating decreases........you want to spot players who you think will see a rise in rating, thus making them more valuable when you sell them on
On on eof my teams I bought Pogrebnayk from Zenit for £6m rated 87..he scored all the way through thre UEFA Cup and is now rated 91 worth £12m..this is the essence of managing the game, away from gameday team selection and tactics

No. also stadium size and sponsorship is vital at the end of every season your budget rises from rpize money and chairman adding funds |

correct, the servers do their updating early hours of the next morning bid the correct price and it will be accepted save yourself a lot of time, go for players from unmanaged clubs |
