Two huge tips for you guys then
1 Finances, your wage bill has to be exceeded by your gate recepits for a home game by a factor of two. This is because you will pay the wage bill weekly (eg £5,000 per turn=per week) and cup draws aside you will only have one home game in each 10-14 day period. If you do not follow this you will soon find your finances suffering
2. Condition. If a player falls below 65 on conditioning they are classed as Not match fit. Try and play players as close as possible to peak conditiioning ie 100. After each match the players conditioning falls and if you ask him to play 2 games in 3 days say then injuries are more likley, so squad size and squad rotation becomes important. Look at the schedule when selecting your match team under tactics, to plan ahead foir which players will be needed when
