Sigh. Battered Blackburn but they come from behind to win 3-2 with 10 men. wp Scott.

Absolutely shocked by the result as I played my 2nd team due to QF on Tuesday. Obviously delighted though!

One Carlos Vela! Counter-attack FTW!

Sunderland 2 QPR 1

Back to winning ways, 25 shots for only two goals isn't exactly a great strike rate though. Still a point off the play offs.

Div 2 is hotting up even more.

8 teams have put a bit of a gap between them and the rest of the table.
I'd be happy to get play offs after a bad start but i wouldn't take a play off spot if offered one now.

Played out of my skin and only scraped a win against west ham 4-3.

Crystal Palace, 33/1 outsiders for the title at the start of the season moved into 2nd place in Division 2 with a very impressive 3-1 win at home to Sheffied Wednesday.
The Eagles have picked up 6 wins and a draw in their last 7 league matches and also find themselves in the Quarter finals of the Championship Shield, and with this win moved to within 3 points of league leaders Portsmouth.

The club are also rumoured to be lining up bids for 2 new forwards in an attempt to improve on an already impressive squad.

This Thursday sees a massive game as Palace take on fifth place Birmingham City with first team players, Anelka, Hartley, Soares, Muller, Sinclair and Tonetto all expected to return.

Palace look good. Anelka is ripping the league up and you're adding to the strike force? Not what i needed to hear.
Hopefully we can both catch Pompey and make sure both automatic places are up for grabs.

Nice to hear you've got Birmingham, one of you must drop points. Unfortunately i need to rest players next game.

Fiorentina cruise in to the semi's of the cup and are glad to see the easier of the ties with them facing Reading.  No offense to Newportlad, but it seems easier than facing Barcelona or Chelsea who contest the other match!

But you made up for it with one of the twins I see - why didn't I log on yesterday.
