Another 3 points for Spurs ... opened up a 4 point gap on the team below us.

4-2 win over Middlesboro to get back into the play off positions. Was thinking of buying a striker but Anthony Stokes' 5 goals in his last two starts may have persuaded me otherwise.

Extremely unhappy to have missed out on Deco - dino1980 at Everton pipped me by 100k after a mini bidding war. Everton will be a side to look out for next season.

Tyty, I've got a good base of a squad now, just need to get one or two additions in come the close season and get the average age of the squad down a touch. As for Deco vul, the only reason I settled on my final bid was because I believed I'd still have enough to get Anderson in after paying for Deco. I was a bit drunk and so I'd forgot they'd changed the way the transfers were done and it wouldn't go through before the wages for the week were deducted. If i'd known that i'd have bid less, you'd have got Deco, Yada Yada Yada.

On a side note anyone finding that signing these imminent risers to sell on for profit isn't as lucrative as you thought because although their SM value may go from 10k---->1mil+ if they rise from 70ish to 80ish, your chairmain's value is inveitably much less as they're not important to the club, so once you take into account the wages you've paid then the profit isn't a great deal and could've been better spent elsewhere?

Yea you want to find the ones that are like 86ish and will go up 2 or 3 points cause the money increases are huge when they get to 88-89.
